If you’re ready to make the move to St. Augustine, one local homebuilder has you covered!

Wellington Homes, the newest builder to enter the Tuscan-inspired community of MuraBella in St. Augustine, will host an open house at the community on Saturday, Dec. 5 from noon to 3 p.m. According to a recent press release, during the open house event executives from the company will introduce a new home design it is building in the community, the Andover II, as well as take interested buyers on a tour of a home currently under construction. The event will take place at 2028 Sorrento Hills Drive at MuraBella in St. Augustine.

The local builder entered MuraBella in August and has only six homesites remaining in the community. The company’s 85-foot homesites overlook scenic nature and water views and are priced from $179,990.

MuraBella offers residents a luxurious setting with resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness and training center, and super pool with waterslide tower and lap pool. Outdoor amenities include tennis courts, a multi-purpose sports court, softball field, soccer field, volleyball court, party pavilion and children’s playground.
