Latitude 30 BowlingIt’s called Latitude 30 and it’s a new entertainment complex that will inhabit the former home of Toys ‘R Us on Philips Highway near The Avenues Mall.

Named for its “spot on the map,” Latitude 30 will hold a multitude of entertainment venues under one roof including:

  • Sunset 30 Tavern & Grill, a 300-seat restaurant
  • Axis Bar, The Skybox bar, sports theatre featuring stadium seating
  • billiard & game room
  • 20-lane bowling alley
  • Midnight Sun Cinegrille, a 66-seat movie theatre
  • Axis Live, a 300-seat live show room

The project will take up 45,000 square feet of space and will cost $7 million, paid for by the developers and future owners – the Brownstone Group.  At capacity, the facility is expected to entertain the likes of about 1,800 people simultaneously and is scheduled to open in April 2010.

Keep your eyes open for this exciting new venue that has something for everyone…on the 30th Latitude!
