A grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday and Sunday, July 25-26, at Broadstone Beach House at Jacksonville Beach. The event, which is open to the public, provides an opportunity to see first-hand the luxurious new apartment community located just 12 blocks from the beautiful sands of Jacksonville Beach.

Guests who tour the property with community leasing agents will be entered in prize drawings for a chance to win passes and prize packages to Walt Disney World and a weekend getaway for two to Amelia Island.
