New Jacksonville homebuilder, Wellington Homes, is off to an excellent start! Founder and CEO, Richard J. Dalton, announced today that the company will be selling homes in the Tuscan-inspired St. Augustine community of MuraBella. Dalton said Wellington Homes has a limited number of 85-foot homesites in the community, many of which overlook scenic nature and water views. The homes will be priced from $199,990.

Pool and Amenities

Here’s some more information about the new plans taken from a company-issued press release:

“We are excited to build homes in MuraBella and offer residents an invigorating lifestyle with stellar amenities, an unbelievable location and a quality of life unseen in other neighborhoods,” Dalton said. “MuraBella is a rare community that embraces homebuyers of all types, including couples, families, empty-nesters and retirees. We are proud to be part of such a unique, inviting neighborhood.”

Wellington Homes will offer six home designs in MuraBella that will feature Mediterranean-inspired architecture fused with Traditional Florida styles. The homes range in size from 2,000 square feet to 3,021 square feet of living space and range in price from $199,990 to just over $300,000.

MuraBella offers abundant resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness and training center, and super pool with waterslide tower and lap pool. Outdoor amenities include tennis courts, a multi-purpose sports court, softball field, soccer field, volleyball court, party pavilion and children’s playground.

MuraBella Clubhouse

Just outside MuraBella is a plethora of new retail developments to make life easier for residents. A new Publix shopping center is now open adjacent to the community as well as a new CVS and Walgreens. Not to mention the community’s close proximity to World Golf Village and numerous shopping, dining and entertaining venues. Children who live in the community of MuraBella will have the opportunity to attend the highly regarded, A-rated schools in St. Johns County, including Mill Creek Elementary, Pacetti Bay Middle School and Nease High School.

Information about the community is available here or visit Wellington Homes’ website to learn more.

We can’t wait to see what else lies ahead for the new homebuilder!
