Pulte Homes is playing up the spirit of the Halloween season by offering fun, festivities and special pricing of up to $8,000 off select homes at its Jacksonville area communities during its Black Hat Savings Event, which is going on through Sunday, Nov. 1. The company is also hosting trick-or-treating at its sales centers from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Halloween, Saturday, Oct. 31.
