2010 Designer Showhouse by Toll Brothers to Open Saturday!

The 2010 Designer Showhouse by Toll Brothers will open its doors to the public on Saturday, April 17! Located at 280 Port Charlotte Drive within Coastal Oaks at Nocatee, the Designer Showhouse will be open daily through May 9.

To kick things off, there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Toll Brothers North Florida Division Vice President Jim McDade will say a few words before the ribbon is cut and the home is officially open to the public.

The 2010 Designer Showhouse is an architectural masterpiece accentuated with many special design features, and for this event the home has been decorated by 16 of Northeast Florida’s top designers, as well as design students from the Art Institute of Jacksonville. Revenue from the 2010 Designer Showhouse directly benefits the Guild of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra.
