June 25th, 2012 · Leave a Comment

Amelia River Cruises, Northeast Florida’s historic and wildlife sightseeing boat tour operator, will once again offer its fireworks boat tour this 4th of July.

Departing out of Fernandina Harbor Marina, Amelia River Cruises will offer two boats for trips up the Amelia River to enjoy this year’s fireworks in Fernandina Beach. Advanced reservations are required and can be made by calling ARC at 904-261-9972. Tickets are $20 per person all ages plus sales tax.

Boats will leave the dock promptly at 8:40 p.m. for approximately one hour, returning just after the fireworks. Food and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are allowed onboard. A portion of each ticket fee will be donated to pay for this year’s fireworks.

ARC’s regularly-scheduled family sunset trip and Twilight Cruise will also run on the 4th of July, each staying out longer than normal to allow those onboard to enjoy the fireworks.
