Cedar Bay, a GreenPointe Homes community in North Jacksonville, is showcasing its Clover model in this year’s Parade of Homes.

Interested homebuyers can tour the Clover model home and all that the quiet, 153-home community offers in addition to its regular hours, through Sunday, April 26.

The Clover offers an open concept design that allows for family interaction and is great for entertaining. The 2,362 square-foot home features four bedrooms and two and a half baths, a large and free-flowing living area, dining room and kitchen that includes an island and tall, spacious cabinetry. The Clover provides a loft which serves as a second entertainment area, as well as a separate office space on the home’s first level. Pricing for the Clover begins at $182,990.

“The Parade of Homes is an exciting time of year for prospective homebuyers to visit the finest homes and communities,” said Margaret Jennesse, Chief Operations Officer of GreenPointe Homes. “In addition to its accessible location, Cedar Bay’s home site choices are appealing to those who want to live on or near the Broward River, as well as enjoy natural greenery and move in quickly.”

Cedar Bay’s proximity to regional military bases such as Kings Bay Naval Station and Mayport Naval Station, downtown Jacksonville, and the Jacksonville International Airport attracts established professionals, families and first-time homebuyers alike. Cedar Bay is located only one mile from Interstate-295, which provides a short drive to Interstates 95 and 295, giving residents access in minutes to nearly every section of the Jacksonville area. The Jacksonville International Airport is approximately five minutes from Cedar Bay, the drive time to downtown is 15 minutes or less and residents can be at area beaches in less than 30 minutes.

Home and lot packages begin in the mid-$170,000s and Cedar Bay buyers can purchase one of the few remaining lots on the Broward River, a tributary of the St. Johns River, and select from GreenPointe Homes’ award-winning floorplans, which all include energy-saving features.

Homes at Cedar Bay range in size from 2,138 square feet to 3,022 square feet, and boast open floor plans with high ceilings and upgrade options. The community is also built with respect for its natural surroundings, features wide streets with sidewalks, and offers a community park overlooking the river for residents that includes a play set and picnic tables.

“Cedar Bay is truly an exceptional community for families and professionals of all ages,” said Vicki Bratvold, president of GreenPointe Realty. “We encourage everyone to tour the Clover model and learn more about the home options available at Cedar Bay.”

Hours for the Clover model during the Parade of Homes are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. For more information about GreenPointe Homes and Cedar Bay, call (904) 619-1928 or visit www.cedarbayjax.com.
