There has been some confusion about the entry deadline for the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Parade of Homes and we are here to set the record straight! The deadline to enter is Tuesday, Feb. 21.

There are other important dates to note, too. The event will take place from Saturday, April 14 to Sunday, April 22. Judging will take place on Friday, March 30, and winners will be honored at the Awards Banquet on Thursday, April 26.

The 2012 Parade of Homes will accept new home entries from Duval, Nassau, St. Johns and Clay counties. This year’s first entry is from GreenPointe Homes for its model, The Clover, in the community of Cedar Bay in North Jacksonville.

The cost to enter is $2,300 per home, and if three model homes are entered, the fourth entry is free. NEFBA is also offering a special price of $2,000 per home on models previously entered in last year’s Parade of Homes.
