Madeira, a master-planned community within the city limits of St. Augustine, has engaged Barbara Ondo Designs to oversee the interior design of two new model homes. The homes were designed to reflect the surrounding Florida coastal geography.

“We are thrilled that Barbara has captured the Madeira style in her selection of colors, furniture and accessories for these homes,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida. “She selected elements and features to highlight the homes’ beauty and functionality. We expect record sales for these homes which come complete with solar panels, lawn maintenance and security system monitoring.”

The two new model homes are open, available for tours and move-in ready. The Madeira community is conveniently located on U.S. 1 in northern St. Augustine.  Madeira’s homes are available from the mid $200s and will include access to the new Residents’ Club, featuring a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and expansive outdoor gathering area. In addition to the two models, 10 additional homes are currently under construction and will be available this year. Built by elacora, the homes range from 1,767 to 2,484 square feet and feature three distinct elevation styles: Mediterranean, Tuscan and Spanish. The well-appointed homes are sited on more than 1,000 acres of green space and preserved natural areas.

Opportunities for new and innovative homes in this price range and location are limited. Madeira is located one mile south of the Northeast Florida Regional Airport off U.S. 1/Ponce de Leon Blvd. in St. Augustine. The sales office is open daily 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.  To schedule an appointment to tour the community’s models or for additional information, call (904) 484-9024 or visit http://elacora.com.
