The Florida Times-Union recently reported the First Coast is experiencing an increase in hiring opportunities.

Companies that have announced hirings include Citi Group, Vistakon and Home Depot.

The article quoted Governor Rick Scott saying, “In Jacksonville, more than 19,000 jobs were added over the year in July.  Our work to grow the economy is paying off and we will keep working to create new opportunities until every Floridian who wants a job can get one.”
