Fall is finally here! And everyone is ready to celebrate at TrailMark. With pumpkins and gourds, a farmer’s market, food trucks, live music, hot air balloon, children’s activities and more, it’s the perfect time to gather together.

Come celebrate the season at TrailMark’s Fall Festival and Community Open House. The event is Saturday, Oct. 21, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the nature-first community – the first of its kind in St. Johns County – located just 20 minutes from Jacksonville.

“TrailMark’s Fall Festival is a community event for everyone in Northeast Florida and we cannot wait to see you there,” said GreenPointe Communities Marketing Director Gaynelle James. “The festival is a sensational event at TrailMark that is family friendly and open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy the festivities.”

Stoll through the pumpkin patch, then mosey over to the farmer’s market for fresh vegetables from local farmers. Listen to live music from the area’s favorite party band, Love Monkey, then enjoy an uplifting experience and TrailMark’s stunning natural surroundings from a hot air balloon. Let the kiddos go crazy with face painting or on the rock climbing wall and giant slide. Grab a bite to eat from Treemendous BBQ, Mother Trucking PizzaChubby Burrito or Island Dream at the community’s amenity center and Camp House. Tour TrailMark’s beautiful decorated model homes. Plus, there will be prizes, giveaways and more.

“If you’re curious about our neighborhood, this is an opportunity to see us up close and personal,” said James. “Meet our residents and see our amenities and homes. Learn about who we are in an easy fun environment, eating tasty food and enjoying the beautiful weather. Come celebrate fall with us!”
