GreenPointe Communities Names Liam O’Reilly Senior Development Manager

GreenPointe Communities, LLC, proudly announces the addition of Liam O’Reilly as Senior Development Manager.

In this role, O’Reilly is leading the company’s land development. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of new community entitlement, design and development from early due diligence to final lot turnover. O’Reilly is based in the company’s Jacksonville headquarters.

“We are pleased to welcome Liam to our team and we believe his all-encompassing experience will be advantageous to our company,” said GreenPointe Holdings President and Chief Executive Officer Ed Burr. “His technical knowledge, coupled with his understanding and passion for real estate development, will support GreenPointe’s future growth.”

With nearly a decade of professional experience, O’Reilly previously managed land development for a national homebuilder and has proven success in land acquisition and development with an emphasis on large master-planned residential communities from early entitlements through construction. His significant experience as a Professional Engineer covers a wide variety of projects including the planning, design and construction of all types of private real estate development including single and multi-family, residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use development.

“As a civil engineer, I worked on numerous projects, and the more time I spent working on developments, the more enthusiastic I became about being part of the entire development process,” said O’Reilly. “I’m passionate about the real estate development industry and I am ecstatic to join GreenPointe Communities. The company’s has an esteemed reputation for its exceptional, high-value communities.”

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Fla., O’Reilly earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is an active committee member of Urban Land Institute North Florida and an active National MS Society volunteer.
