Postlethwaite also serves as chairman of GreenPointe Communities, the company’s land acquisition division, and Senior Vice President of GreenPointe Holdings.

GreenPointe Homes was created to meet the landscape of a changing new home market and is committed to building homes with lasting value by utilizing intelligent green building practices, technologies and products. The company is currently building in communities in Jacksonville and Brooksville, Fla. near Tampa, and is positioned to expand into other major markets throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.

Postlethwaite is well known throughout the residential real estate industry for his leadership and development of highly acclaimed communities in Florida, Georgia, the United Kingdom and Spain. Postlethwaite is actively involved in the real estate industry as a member of the Urban Land Institute, Northeast Florida Builders Association and the National Association of Homebuilders.

Since 2010, GreenPointe Holdings and its divisions collectively acquired nearly 8,000 homesites in eight master-planned communities, 75 acres of commercial land and two championship golf courses throughout Florida.
