GreenPointe Homes, the homebuilding division of GreenPointe Holdings, announced an expansion of its staff with the hiring of two construction managers, a sales manager, and an estimator/purchasing specialist – all with extensive industry experience.

The company hired Justin Robbins as Construction Manager at its Amelia Walk and Cedar Bay communities in Jacksonville;  Cris Smith as Construction Manager at Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville and Bridgewater in Lakeland; Sharon Corley as Sales Manager at Southern Hills and Bridgewater; and Darren Allmon as Estimator/Purchasing Specialist responsible for purchasing and procurement.

Robbins has more than 16 years of industry experience – most recently as Chief Operating Officer and director of construction for one of the Florida’s largest homebuilders. Smith previously oversaw all construction and financial operations for several Tampa area communities.

Corley had worked as a general sales manager for a homebuilder – for which she had similar responsibilities – at several Tampa area communities. And Allmon was employed by a top homebuilder before coming to work for GreenPointe during this period of growth.
