GreenPointe Homes was recently honored with a gold award in the Northeast Florida Builder Association’s (NEFBA) 2012 Parade of Homes. The company won the award for its Clover model home in the North Jacksonville community of Cedar Bay. The unique four bedroom, two-and-a half bath design features free-flowing living spaces and the company’s signature Intelligent Green building system. Last year, the Clover model was awarded a silver award in the Parade of Homes.

GreenPointe Homes received its Parade of Homes award for the Clover in the category of $180,000 to $195,000. The model has 2,362 square feet of living space and features a study, a two-car garage and a flexible loft space that can be turned into a fifth bedroom, children’s playroom or entertainment area. A gourmet kitchen with a large center island, designer cabinetry and energy-efficient appliances completes the open, family-friendly living space. The Clover is available in three unique architectural elevations and is priced from $181,990.

In addition to the Clover model, GreenPointe Homes currently has four inventory homes in Cedar Bay ready for quick move-in. Homes in the community feature three, four or five bedrooms and are priced from the $140,000s. Cedar Bay is planned to include 153 single-family homes, 17 of which will be riverfront, and the neighborhood offers abundant river marsh views, wooded preserve areas and an idyllic setting along the Broward River.
