GreenPointe Homes has sold 215 finished home sites at Bridgewater, a master-planned community of single-family homes between Orlando and Tampa, to LGI Homes.

“The sale of these home sites to LGI Homes is a recognition of LGI’s demonstrated success in the Lakeland market and commitment to maintain existing architectural standards and quality currently in place at Bridgewater,” said Roger Postlethwaite, president, GreenPointe Homes. “At this time, LGI Homes and William Ryan Homes (a preferred homebuilder at Bridgewater) are best suited to meet the strong housing demand in the area.”

GreenPointe Homes will retain ownership of the remaining developed and undeveloped home sites at Bridgewater, along with land to accommodate multi-family and commercial development. Throughout the normal course of business, GreenPointe Homes will sell home sites to quality builders for future development.
