GreenPointe Homes The Sage Model

GreenPointe Homes, the homebuilding division of GreenPointe Holdings, has recently completed two new inventory homes in the North Jacksonville community of Cedar Bay. The Sage, the first single-story inventory home in the community, features three bedrooms, two baths and 1,643 square feet of living space. The Forest, a popular two-story floor plan spanning more than 2,100 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths and a loft, is also open for viewing. The Sage is priced from $149,000, while The Forest is priced from $168,000. Both homes are available for purchase and immediate move-in.

“We’ve had a significant amount of interest and inquiries from homebuyers regarding a one-story floor plan at Cedar Bay,” said GreenPointe Homes President David Smith. “The Sage is designed with a flowing and open floor plan that emphasizes the spaciousness of the home. We are extremely proud of the design and are excited to start showing it to interested homebuyers.”

Both homes boast a number of distinctive features that are included in all GreenPointe homes. Luxurious custom interiors include Colonial wood trim throughout, raised six panel Colonial doors, satin nickel finish hardware and lighting fixtures, ceiling fans pre-wired in all bedrooms, living room and library, tray ceilings in the owners’ suite and knockdown textured ceilings throughout the rest of the home. The gourmet kitchen features quality GE appliances, birch cabinetry, designer cabinets and a stainless steel sink with Moen One-Touch single lever faucet.
