Two area real estate heavyweights are combining their experience and skill to bring to fruition Northeast Florida’s first high-rise condominium tower set to begin construction in nearly a decade.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is teaming with HP 500, LLC, an affiliate of Hallmark Partners, to be the exclusive sales agent for Beacon Riverside, a 15-story luxury residential tower on the St. Johns River in the historic Riverside neighborhood. The high-rise is being built near the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens and adjacent to downtown, where Hallmark is also developing the 220 Riverside apartment/retail project and partnering on the Unity Plaza public park area.

HP 500 LLC and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices signed an agreement recently to partner on the sales of the 45 upscale riverfront residences of Beacon Riverside. The condominium will be located between Lomax Street and Bishopgate Lane directly on the St. Johns River.

Prices for the 2,400- to 5,000-square-foot condominiums along the St. Johns River will begin in the upper $700,000s, with penthouse plans topping $2 million. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has achieved excellent success selling properties of this type and is the leading agent of luxury properties in Northeast Florida.

Bryan Weber, Principal, Multifamily of Hallmark Partners, is leading the development of Beacon Riverside and has a significant track record of success with luxury condominiums in Northeast Florida. Weber headed the development of The Ocean Villas at Serenata Beach in Ponte Vedra Beach and Villa Riva condominiums in Riverside, which is home to many prominent Jacksonville citizens.
