Hampton Golf’s M.G. Orender to Speak at SSBD CEO Nexus Forum Nov. 3

October 25th, 2010 · Leave a Comment

Golf and growth will be the focus at the Second Stage Business Development Initiative’s (SSBD) upcoming CEO Nexus Forum on Nov. 3. SSBD, an initiative of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, has selected M.G. Orender, president of Hampton Golf and 33rd president of The PGA of America, to be the featured guest speaker at the quarterly CEO Nexus Forum from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Nov. 3. During the event, Orender will reveal how Hampton Golf has more than doubled in size during the past two years and added more than 500 new employees as well as details about its marketing strategies and growth management.

The CEO Nexus Forum brings CEOs and C-level executives of second-stage companies together to discuss their successes and challenges during the growth process. The forums also give second-stage business owners unprecedented access to top-tier CEOs and help them accelerate their company’s growth. A second-stage business is defined as a privately held, Florida-based company beyond its initial start-up growth and on the verge of expansion with 10-99 employees and annual revenues between $1 and $49 million.

The Nov. 3 CEO Nexus Forum is open to any CEO or C-level executive who meets the SSBD criteria. The program is free to SSBD members and includes breakfast and networking opportunities. The program will be from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Nov. 3 in the Hadlow Board Room at the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, located at 3 Independent Drive. More information about the Second Stage Business Development and its upcoming events is available online at www.secondstagebusinessdevelopment.com or by calling Sandy Bartow at (904) 366-6634.

This should be a lively, educational forum – we hope to see you there!
