ICI Homes Announces Plans to Energize the Town Center at Palm Coast

ICI Homes is purchasing five land tracts covering more than 190 acres in the Town Center at Palm Coast. The Daytona Beach-based homebuilder plans to build townhomes and single-family homes on approximately 80 acres in the master-planned community.

ICI Homes plans to build 324 new residences comprised of 111 townhomes and 213 single-family homes on 50-foot wide home sites at the Town Center. ICI Homes will also build community amenities including a pool, fitness center, outdoor picnic area with barbeque grills and access to walking trails. Of the 190 acres that ICI Homes is purchasing at the Town Center, 80 acres are available for residential building and the remaining acreage will be designated as permanent green space.

The Town Center, developed by Palm Coast Holdings, an Allete company, is a mixed-use community north of State Road 100 (Moody Boulevard) and east of Belle Terre Parkway. When finished, it is expected to include nearly 3,000 residential units, 2.2 million square feet of commercial space and 1.4 million square feet of office space. The Town Center is located near a hospital, county airport and high school.
