ICI Homes was recognized with numerous honors at the Laurel Awards competition. Presented by the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council, the Laurel Awards is an annual competition recognizing architectural and interior design, marketing and sales excellence. Best Elevation Design $300,000-$500,000 – The Egret V at Amelia National (silver award)

Best Interior Merchandising $350,000-399,999 – The Serena in Timberland Ridge at Nocatee (gold award)

Best Landscape Design Under $25,000 – The Oakland in Crosswater at Nocatee (gold award), The Monroe in Crosswater at Nocatee (silver award)

Best Outdoor Feature $30,000-$45,000 – The Serena at Tamaya (gold award), Costa Mesa at Timberland Ridge (silver award)
