Celebrate one of Jacksonville’s greatest minds by attending the James Weldon Johnson International Birthday Celebration.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 17, from noon to 6 p.m., at the Ritz Theatre and Museum.

Dr. Timothy Askew, a James Weldon Johnson scholar, will be the keynote speaker.  The day will also include performances and local vendors.
