The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship in the Florida State University College of Business is pleased to announce the formation of the Jacksonville Fellows Program and the appointment of Chad Corbitt, Bob Moore, Paul Martinez and Sarah Slettebo as Fellows. Each Fellow will provide support and share their experience, perspective and expertise in assisting small business owners and non-profit leaders with the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship Jacksonville programs.

“We are honored to have such an esteemed and accomplished group of Fellows to contribute to the growth of our programs here in Jacksonville,” said Stephanie Royal, associate director of the Jim Moran Institute’s North Florida Operations. “They provide a wide range of expertise, experience and leadership to the small businesses and nonprofit community.”

Chad Corbitt is the chief operating officer of iMobile3, a company that provides software solutions to large and small businesses. Corbitt has years of experience leading SaaS-based solutions, successfully implementing new product initiatives and leading companies through rapid growth. He is a frequent speaker and contributor to numerous industry conferences and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University, where he was also recognized with the Recent Alumni Achievement Award in 2013.

Paul Martinez has vast experience in advertising and communications through his leadership as CEO of Martinez Advertising & Communications Group. In 2013, Martinez began working with the City of Jacksonville overseeing departments including Procurement, Grants, Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business Program, and the Ombudsman Office, with special liaison responsibilities to the Jacksonville Public Library, Jacksonville Children’s Commission and Human Rights Commission. Today, he is the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida, working to make a positive difference in the life of more than 5,000 children in the Jacksonville area.

Bob Moore is a retired vice president of J.M. Family Enterprises. With more than 40 years of business experience, Moore’s remarkable career took him from accounting and finance to real estate and the automotive industry. A graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business, Moore has been a constant leader in Jacksonville’s business and community development, serving as a board member for the University of North Florida’s School of Business, Jacksonville Zoo, and Youth Automotive Training Center and as a trustee for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a JAXSPORTS committee member and was previously a member of the Downtown Development Authority for Commerce, Georgia.

Sara Slettebo is president of ReMilNet, LLC, a defense contracting firm that leverages retired military, veterans and subject matter experts to support customers across the globe with organizational improvement, financial management, logistics and information technology. She is also the executive director of the Association of Veteran Friendly Employers, prior subcommittee chair for the Jacksonville Sherriff’s Office Training Task and vice president with the Women in Defense First Coast Chapter. Slettebo was named a 2016 Small Business Leader of the Year by the Jacksonville Chamber’s Entrepreneurial Growth Division.
