Have you heard the good news about industry leader and real estate professional Karen Palmer? She is the new general sales manager for Homes by Deltona, a luxury Florida homebuilder and a subsidiary of The Deltona Corporation.

In her new role, Palmer will manage the company’s sales offices at its communities of San Savino and Portofino at The Villages of Tuscany in St. Augustine Shores, Laterra Links at World Golf Village and its two general real estate offices.

Here is what Homes by Deltona President Tony Gram said about Palmer’s appointment:

Palmer will oversee the premier neighborhoods in St. Augustine developed by Homes by Deltona including the single-family home community of San Savino and the condominium community of Portofino, both located at The Villages of Tuscany in St. Augustine Shores. She will also direct sales for the coach home golf community of Laterra Links at World Golf Village and the company’s two general real estate offices of Deltona Realty, located at The Shoppes at MuraBella and St. Augustine Shores.

Palmer has worked in real estate for more than 35 years, the last 10 of which have been in the St. Augustine area. Prior to joining Homes by Deltona, Palmer served as vice president of residential sales at Davidson Realty, Inc. in St. Augustine. She has also worked for The Legends of Saint Johns in St. Augustine, Prudential Network Realty’s St. Augustine office and Sotheby’s Oxford Realty in Winter Park, Fla.
