Laterra Links Breaks Ground on New Construction at World Golf Village

March 16th, 2010 · Leave a Comment

New construction is happening and we think it is a sign of the times!

Laterra Links

In a recent press release, Homes by Deltona announced it has started new construction on luxury coach homes at Laterra Links in the King & Bear neighborhood of World Golf Village. After purchasing the community in late 2009, Homes by Deltona reintroduced the community to the public and has begun construction on 20 new coach homes, which will be housed in five new buildings. All of the new homes will offer sweeping views of The King & The Bear golf course or surrounding lakes, and home prices will start from the low-$400,000s.

Construction on the first luxury coach homes is expected to be complete in July 2010 and all homes are expected to be complete by the end of 2010, according to President John Unkefer with Legacy Builders of North Florida, Inc., the Jacksonville-based general contractor overseeing the new home construction at Laterra Links. Each home will feature a private entrance, a two-car garage, separate living rooms and dens, master suites with expansive bay windows and designer tile flooring in the foyer, hallway, kitchen, bathrooms and screened lanais.

Laterra Links Clubhouse

Residents of Laterra Links enjoy abundant amenities, including access to its newly opened, beautiful 7,000-square-foot clubhouse that overlooks the resort-style swimming pool and hot tub. In addition to these amenities, the facilities at World Golf Village, including the PGA Tour Golf Academy, World Golf Village Hall of Fame, World Golf Village IMAX® Theater and World Golf Village Swim and Tennis Center, offer additional resources for recreation and entertainment. Just outside the community, residents are in close proximity to new retail shops in the area including a Publix, CVS and Walgreens.

More information about the luxury coach homes at Laterra Links is available by calling the community’s sales team at (904) 940-5388 or visiting www.laterralinks.com. Drive by the community this week to see the new construction at Laterra Links and stop by to say hi to the builders!
