NAIOP of Northeast Florida announces its endorsement of Audrey Moran for mayor. NAIOP endorses Moran based on her vision for moving the city forward and her commitment to economic development, downtown revitalization and fiscal responsibility.

NAIOP’s endorsement follows the release of its Downtown Revitalization Platform, in which it unveils short-term and long-term tactics and strategies to improve the urban core’s landscape, infrastructure and economy. The platform details suggestions for improvement that include creating a single purpose entity dedicated to downtown revitalization, incentivizing property management, new parking and retail incentives, and increased security in the defined downtown core.
