The newly opened Capri model home at Madeira at St. Augustine has been furnished and decorated by Barbara Ondo Designs with the Florida homebuyer in mind. It includes the optional sun room, 2nd floor game room and Florida basement.

elacora has opened a new furnished model—the Capri—in Madeira, a master-planned community within the city limits of St. Augustine. The model is a three-bedroom home featuring views of outdoor living from its bonus sun room. All homes built by elacora offer flex options and this Capri model showcases an optional upstairs game room and a Florida basement (think Storage!).

“This model joins our other designer-decorated model home at Madeira and both are open and available for tours,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida.  The interior, designed by Barbara Ondo Designs, showcases soft splashes of colors. The optional game room features vibrant color and fun, while the adjacent full bath is accented in citrus tones.

The Capri open plan allows for warm gatherings. The optional sunroom, included in this model home, grants additional living space and views of the adjacent lake.

Ten homes will be available for move-in this year. Three distinct elevation styles, all featuring tile roofs, are priced from the mid $200s. “We are experiencing high demand for these homes,” said Robbins. “And to kick off our sales effort at Madeira, we are offering a choice of buyer incentives: Seller paid closing costs, $5,000 prepayment of CDD fees or a $5,000 Design Center allowance.”

Madeira residents will have access to the Residents’ Club, a spacious amenity center. Set to open in Spring 2015, it will feature a clubhouse with fitness center, a large pool, surrounding deck and adjacent party plaza. The Madeira community is sited on more than 1,000 acres of green space and Madeira’s lush natural environment provides the perfect backdrop for its timeless Mediterranean architectural characteristics notable in the arched windows, walkways and Tuscan hues.
