Madeira Residents Club

The new Residents Club is ready to open at Madeira at St. Augustine. Designed exclusively for Madeira residents, the amenity center features everything a homeowner wants and sets the tone for the appealing lifestyle at the new home community recently relaunched by elacora.

Madeira’s private Residents Club has the look of a luxurious resort. The amenity center includes a pool with lap lanes, clubhouse, fitness center and expansive outdoor gathering areas. Membership to the Residents Club is included with the purchase of a home at Madeira.

“Our new Residents Club is a spectacular addition to Madeira at St. Augustine,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida. “We have created a gathering place offering resort ambiance and a multitude of recreational choices in a luxurious setting. It is exciting to see Madeira coming to life and I encourage everyone to visit the community today and see all that we have to offer.”

All Madeira residents enjoy unlimited access to the Residents Club. The decision to provide amenities required additional investment by elacora, which recognized its value to the community.

“We wanted to help create a sense of community and a lifestyle at Madeira,” Robbins said. “We wanted to say to the entire community, ‘The Residents Club is yours.’”

Conveniently located along U.S. 1 in northern St. Johns County, Madeira isn’t the sort of place that you would expect to find within the city limits of St. Augustine.

Madeira’s highly desirable location is surrounded by nature and extends back along the Intracoastal Waterway. The lush natural setting provides the perfect backdrop for elacora’s homes. Homesites at Madeira back up to conservation areas with spectacular water or nature preserve views. Construction of many new homes is underway as evidenced by the Mediterranean-themed streetscape taking shape in two different locations within Madeira.

Homes by elacora are expertly crafted and beautifully built with features to delight even the most discriminating home buyer. Designed with the Florida homebuyer in mind, elacora offers two different home collections at Madeira, ranging in size from 1,797 square feet to more than 3,300 square feet and priced starting from the mid-$200,000s. The company’s innovative designs offer unique options – including additional bedrooms, sunrooms, game rooms and Florida basement storage solutions – so that homebuyers can select a floor plan designed to best suit their way of life. Additionally, all of elacora’s homes at Madeira are built with advanced energy-efficient standards included in the purchase of a home.

With elacora’s financial strength, Madeira has no less than a dozen move-in ready homes available at all times for prospective buyers to tour. Visitors to Madeira also are invited to see the company’s award-winning Capri model home from elacora’s Portada Collection. Furnished and decorated by Barbara Ondo Designs, the model showcases the Capri’s spacious, open design for living and entertaining. A new designer-decorated model from elacora’s Serena Collection is scheduled to open in August. The Villena from the Serena Collection will highlight elacora’s exceptional new home design and Barbara Ondo Design style.

Madeira is located in northern St. Augustine, recently named No. 4 on the Top 100 Best Small Towns list. The nation’s oldest city is known for its beautiful beaches, world-renowned golf courses, historical attractions, arts and culture, parks and recreational areas, fabulous dining and entertainment, and top-rated St. Johns County schools.

The Madeira Sales Center, located off of U.S. 1, is an excellent place to begin discovering the Madeira lifestyle and the incredible value residents enjoy at this community. The community sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. For more information, visit www.elacora.com.
