February 21st, 2011 · Leave a Comment

It’s that time of year again – the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) is accepting registrations for the 2011 Parade of Homes. The regular deadline for entry is Friday, Feb. 25, and the late registration deadline is Friday, March 4. The annual event, which recognizes the best in new home construction in the Northeast Florida building community, will take place from Friday, April 9 through Sunday, April 17. Judging of the entries will begin on April 1.

The 2011 Parade of Homes will include homes from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine. The event provides an opportunity for the local homebuilding industry to display the latest in new home construction and for residents of Northeast Florida to tour award-winning homes. Parade of Homes visitors will be eligible to enter to win $15,000 in prizes at the parade models. This year’s first entry came from GreenPointe Homes, LLC for its model, The Clover, located on Jacksonville’s Northside in the community of Cedar Bay.

Don’t miss out on the opportunity for prospective homebuyers to visit your best models! For more information or to register a model online visit, http://www.nefba.com/epay/cart.php?m=product_list&c=24.
