Old San Jose on the River Closes First Two Homes!

July 12th, 2011 · Leave a Comment

Old San Jose on the River, the residential riverfront community ideally situated on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco district and downtown, is continuing to experience tremendous success.  The community recently closed its first two homes for sale since its re-introduction to the market in early 2011.

The early success of the community is a clear signal that the surrounding San Jose and San Marco neighborhoods have embraced the re-introduction of Old San Jose and can see the value this outstanding luxury riverfront community brings to the area.

The condominium homes at Old San Jose on the River provide seven unique floor plans ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet.  Condominiums and townhomes available for sale are priced from the high-$300,000s to more than$790,000. One penthouse offers a unique homeownership opportunity, with expansive porches and balconies that provide an eye-popping view of the St. John’s River. The remaining Penthouse, priced at $1.5 million, features 4,500 square feet of living space and comes with a design allowance.  All homes feature garages, private elevators, Wolf Sub-Zero kitchens and many fine features that are considered upgrades in other communities.

Visit Old San Jose on the River at 5000 San Jose Blvd.  To set an appointment to tour the models homes or for additional information, call (904) 733-6399 or visit www.oldsanjose.com.
