Palencia Realty LLC, the marketing and sales arm of Hines’ master-planned community of Palencia, will open a model home park featuring four new designs on Saturday, April 26.

As part of a rejuvenation effort, a section of Senora Court at Palencia will house four model homes built by the community’s preferred builders to showcase new designs available to buyers.

The models by Arthur Rutenberg Homes, CornerStone Homes, The Cottage Home Company, and Dostie Homes will vary in size from 3,300 square feet to 4,600 square feet – each situated on large lots that capitalize on the natural beauty of the 1,450-acre community in central St. Johns County.

Palencia has undergone exciting new changes in the past year, with a major renovation of The Palencia Club community clubhouse, growth within its Village Center hub, new commercial leasing along U.S. Route 1 near its entrance and strong sales in 2013 that have continued into 2014.

“It’s an exciting time for us,” said Naomi Lumley, director of sales of Palencia. “We’re unveiling four new model homes to give prospective buyers interesting new options and we have plans for new offerings later this year.”
