Rimrock Devlin Development is proud to announce a continued partnership with Jacksonville University to develop the Jacksonville University HealthCare Science Institute to be located adjacent to the university’s Arlington campus.

“We are pleased to once again work with Rimrock Devlin Development,” said Jacksonville University President Tim Cost. “This new facility will enhance our campus, serving students and the surrounding community with state-of-the-art health care education while contributing to the continuing revitalization of Arlington.”

Rimrock Devlin Development partners Wallace Devlin and Micah Linton are personally involved with the development, planning and assembling the project team.

“We are excited to continue to help Jacksonville University move forward,” said Devlin. “It is an honor to again have the opportunity to work with Jacksonville University President Tim Cost and his team.”

“Jacksonville University’s Healthcare Sciences Institute will be the most prominent new development the Arlington area has seen on University Boulevard in years other than the residence hall Rimrock Devlin completed in 2015,” said Linton.

Developed by Rimrock Devlin, Dolphin Residence Hall is a 70,000-square-foot, four-story, 277-bed student housing development. The building is the first new freshman dormitory at Jacksonville University since 1968. The state-of-the-art residence hall includes high-tech and modern features. It opened to students in fall 2015 and was sold in January 2016 to a New York global investor, W.P. Carey, for $17.5 million.
