The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville team
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a “home away from home” for families who need to be near a hospital for their child’s medical treatment, has been selected as THE PLAYERS “Charity of the Day” on Saturday, May 14. THE PLAYERS Championship returns to THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass May 10-15.
“Each day during tournament week, a local charity is featured during THE PLAYERS Championship,” said Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville Executive Director Diane Boyle. “We are honored and grateful to receive this recognition from THE PLAYERS.”
THE PLAYERS designates a different charity as “Charity of the Day” from Tuesday through Sunday. Charities selected are beneficiaries of THE PLAYERS.
