The RiverTown community, St. Johns County’s only riverfront master-planned community, will welcome Northeast Florida’s top Realtors when the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) SAM Tram visits the community on Friday, Sept. 28. As part of the tour, lunch will be provided at the RiverTown community’s newly completed amenity center and the community’s four designer-decorated builder model homes will be showcased. Builders with a reputation for quality craftsmanship, design and service have chosen to build in the RiverTown community, including David Weekley Homes, Dennis Homes and Mattamy Homes.

Located in the heart of the community, RiverTown’s amenity center is situated on more than 11 acres and features two buildings – The RiverHouse and the Fitness Center – showcasing traditional Southern-style architecture and featuring more than 14,000 square feet under roof.
