Sisler Johnston Interior Design recently completed the interior design of the Lucca model by ICI Homes at Nocatee’s Town Center. The firm has a long history of designing for ICI Homes.

The Lucca is a two-story, single-family home with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Sisler Johnston selected a palette with soothing environmental colors including grass, goldenrod and aqua to contrast with the contemporary and coastal style furnishings that deliver everyday comfort and elegance. The home opens into a grand two-story foyer and flows into a spectacular two-story gathering room. The spacious gourmet kitchen has a large island with a seating area, staggered designer cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room overlooks the covered lanai, which features an outdoor dining area and summer kitchen, and the study is designed for relaxation and serenity.

The owner’s suite and luxurious master bath offer the homeowner a private retreat. The second floor features three bedrooms and a game room. The two children’s rooms are designed with a sports theme and surfing style. The Lucca model also includes an optional casita over the garage designed as a guest apartment.
