The Monroe Showcase Home

The St. Johns Builders Council announces the St. Johns County Parade of Homes will open on Saturday, Aug. 30, and continue through Sunday, Sept. 14. The event showcases the finest new homes in St. Johns County.

Featuring builder model homes in St. Johns County, the event offers visitors a free, self-guided tour of new construction homes. The Parade’s winning entries and Judges’ Choice Awards will be announced at the Awards Banquet on Aug. 28, at Marsh Creek Country Club.

This year’s showcase home is sponsored by Providence Homes. The company’s Monroe model is located at 124 Cross Ridge Drive in Greenleaf Village at Nocatee.

The 2014 St. Johns County Parade of Homes magazine will be included in the Florida Times-Union and St. Augustine Record on Saturday, Aug. 30. It will also be available for viewing on the St. Johns Builders Council website. More information is available at www.stjohnsbuilderscouncil.com.
