First Wednesday Art Walk to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

Tomorrow is the First Wednesday Art Walk and the monthly event in downtown Jacksonville will feature a slightly different vibe as the October monthly event celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month. Hemming Plaza will showcase the art of more than 20 Hispanic artists. There will also be Latin music, dancing and food at numerous businesses and cultural institutions throughout the art walk area.

2010 Designer Showhouse by Toll Brothers Presents Designer Nights and Thirsty Thursdays!

The Showhouse is open to the public through May 9, but Thursday evenings offer a special chance to meet the talent behind the scenes during Designer Nights. The designers who worked on this year’s Showhouse are offering personalized tours of their spaces every Thursday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. In addition to the home tour, Showhouse guests are also welcome to stop by the magnificent Toll Brothers’ Residents’ Club at Coastal Oaks at Nocatee and enjoy Thirsty Thursday, a complimentary wine tasting.
