Check Out the Award Winners from NAIOP’s Annual Awards & Celebration

NAIOP of Northeast Florida, the region’s commercial real estate authority and trade association, recently announced its annual award winners at the organization’s “Annual Awards & Celebration 2012.” Hosted at the Times-Union Center for Performing Arts, the event drew approximately 200 guests who enjoyed a cocktail reception, award presentation and dinner reception.

Updates from the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission

Two thumbs up to the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission (JEDC) on all of the progress they have made in enhancing downtown. Most visible progress has been made improving the attractiveness of downtown through improved streetscaping. The changes to Main Street are dramatic largely due to a landscaping and hardscaping plan along this major thoroughfare and the conversion of a dilapidated surface parking lot into a new pocket park. Tour Historic Springfield This Weekend
