The Pineapple Corporation team with representatives of the St. Johns County Chamber at the VIP Grand Opening at The Vista at Twenty Mile

The Pineapple Corporation welcomed nearly 300 guests to a spectacular VIP Grand Opening at The Vista at Twenty Mile in Ponte Vedra, where the company debuted two stunning luxury model homes. Located within the master-planned community of Nocatee, The Vista at Twenty Mile is an intimate gated luxury home neighborhood that will be built exclusively by The Pineapple Corporation. The VIP event was followed by a successful weekend opening attended by nearly 200 visitors.

Guests enjoyed music by South City Live Trio, courtesy of John Robinson of Hancock Whitney Bank, and as they entered into the courtyard of the first model along with libations and scrumptious hors d’oeuvres from Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Ice sculptures of The Pineapple Corporation logo added unique style to the festivities.

The second model also featured refreshments and a DJ/VJ performance in the courtyard. Representatives from Sub Zero and Wolf Kitchen appliances, which are equipped in every home at the Vista at Twenty Mile, joined Chef Roderick Pete Smith for a cooking demonstration. The chef’s signature dishes with Mayport Shrimp and local Sausage Pot Pies were a delectable sensation.

Guests also enjoyed being among the first to tour The Pineapple Corporation’s new models.
