There’s Much To See This Spring at the RiverTown Community

March 28th, 2012 · Leave a Comment

Spring has finally arrived and after a busy winter there is much to see at the RiverTown community, St. John County’s only riverfront master-planned community. If you haven’t visited the community recently, now is a great time to come see all of the progress. Three recognized builders have designer-decorated model homes featuring popular floor plans open for tours seven days a week. Several inventory homes are currently available for quick move-in and more will be offered throughout spring. The signature Riverfront Park is now complete and open to the public with a number of outdoor features and activities to enjoy. Construction of the state-of-the-art amenity center is nearly finished, with a grand opening celebration scheduled for May 19.

With nearly 3.5 miles of frontage on the St. Johns River, the community’s design is influenced by Southern neighborhoods of years past, where sidewalks and front porches encouraged residents to become neighbors. A pedestrian-friendly community that embraces the outdoors and its most valuable asset, the river, RiverTown’s existing and planned walking trails meander through the community connecting neighborhoods, parks, the amenity center and Riverfront Park.

Builders with a reputation for quality craftsmanship, design and service have chosen to build in the RiverTown community, including David Weekley Homes, Dennis Homes and Mattamy Homes. Each builder has thoughtfully designed homes that reflect traditional architecture, including American Farmhouse, Arts & Crafts, Colonial/Classic Revival, Southern Vernacular and Mediterranean styles. Many homes will feature large front porches, deep-roof overhangs, columns and unique building materials consistent with each home’s individual architectural style.

Come see what’s new this spring for yourself! All homebuilders have onsite agents and models open for tours seven days a week. Find out more at www.RiverTownFlorida.com.
