ULI North Florida is hosting a networking reception on Tuesday, Feb. 20, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the River Club. The event is open to ULI members and non-members, and attendees will have the opportunity to hear about ULI North Florida’s three new initiatives.

The new initiatives and their chairs are:

• Center for Leadership – Chair: Margaret Jennesse, Twin Branch, LLC
• Revitalization & Affordable Housing – Chair: Bill Byers, GAI Consultants
• Public Agency Outreach – Chair: Rob Palmer, RS&H

The cost to attend is $30 for ULI members, $40 for nonmembers.
