WG Pitts, an award-winning General Contracting, Architecture, Construction and Development Management firm, recently attended the renovation and expansion celebration at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville. WG Pitts provided design and construction services for the expansion and renovation funded through a $12.5 Million capital campaign.

The expansion increases the Ronald McDonald House from 30 rooms to 53 rooms and from 42,000 square feet to 65,000 square feet. It includes the addition of a community room, volunteer kitchen, renovated and expanded dining room and playroom, a stair tower and a beautiful rooftop garden with views of the Jacksonville skyline and the St. Johns River.

“The Rooftop Garden is complete and ready for families to enjoy,” said WG Pitts President Will Pitts. “We are honored Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville selected our firm to provide design/build services for this important project.”
