Horton communities in Northeast Florida. The communities include Azalea Ridge in Middleburg, Deerfield Preserve in St. Augustine, Sebastian Cove in St. Johns County, and Timberlake in Fernandina Beach.

Deerfield Preserve

The Deerfield Preserve amenity center in St. Augustine, encompassing 2,315 square feet, embraces a traditional Floridian climate with window awnings and Craftsman-type fenestrations. The community swimming pool and deck area offer plenty of room for relaxation. A children’s playground is conveniently located adjacent to the amenity center.

Sebastian Cove

The 2,265-square-foot amenity center at Sebastian Cove was designed to complement the St. Johns County community. Residents will enjoy a fully equipped fitness center next to a spacious pool and deck area. The community boasts an Olympic-sized volleyball court within easy viewing of the pool area.
