February is finishing strong with a full schedule of fun events downtown Jacksonville! Check out our list of events below, choose which activities you want to go to and let us know how they are.
February 25
- Salt-N-Pepa’s Legends of Hip Hop Tour: this spicy duo is back with a tour featuring Whodini, Kurtis Blow and more at the Veterans Memorial Arena at 8 p.m.
February 26
- Moe’s Southwest Grill Sunshine Classic Lacrosse Tournament: the inaugural event brings the Jacksonville University and Georgetown lacrosse rivalry as well as the Notre Dame and Duke rivalry to Jacksonville at EverBank Field
- Monster Jam: the North American premiere monster truck tour at EverBank Field features truckraces, a free-style competition, car jumps, demolitions and more
- The Art of Hip Hop: this one-day event features exhibits and panel discussions in using Hip Hop as a lens to educate at MOCA Jacksonville from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Black History Day: celebrate block history by participating in hands-on activities, presentations and live performances at MOSH from 10 a.m. to noon
February 27
- Jacksonville Giants vs. Mobile Hurricanes: cheer on the Jacksonville Giants at Veterans Memorial Arena at 5 p.m.
- Hot Tuna Blues: experience five decades of talent at the Florida Theatre at 8 p.m.
