Two new model homes are now open for tours in the community of RiverTown, St. Johns County’s only master-planned, riverfront residential development. National homebuilder David Weekley Homes recently completed construction on The Evandale model home and Northeast Florida homebuilder Dennis Homes has completed construction on The Edgewater model home. Located in Rivertown’s The Lakes neighborhood, both models are open daily from 10 a.m to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The Evandale by David Weekley Homes

David Weekley Homes’ Evandale model is a two-story home spanning more than 2,400 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths. The floor plan features an upstairs bonus room, open study area and a master bath with large Roman shower. The model also features a “Green Room” where homebuyers can view the construction behind the home’s walls and information about David Weekley Homes green building practices and the Environments for Living (EFL) Gold program.

The Edgewater by Dennis Homes

Dennis Homes’ Edgewater model is a one-story home encompassing more than 2,500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bonus area featuring a wet bar. The home also includes a unique standard feature package with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, extravagant master suite and bath, pre-wiring for surround sound and security, and covered lanai with outdoor amenities including refrigerator, sink and pre-wiring for TV.
