Flagler recently announced it has inked a 15,995-square-foot lease with Cisco Systems, Inc. that will consolidate the company’s Jacksonville offices into one central location at the Deerwood South office park. Cisco is the worldwide leader in networking that transforms how people connect, communicate and collaborate.

Cisco is one of several companies that have recently relocated to Deerwood South joining businesses such as Adecco Group North America, Fortegra Financial and Black Diamond Performance Reporting. Cisco’s new office will be located in Building 100 at 10151 Deerwood Park Blvd.

Deerwood South, a two-time TOBY winner for Best Suburban Office Park, features four Class-A buildings offering 521,971 square feet of total office space. The business park is located at the intersection of Southside and J. Turner Butler boulevards with easy access to Interstate 95 and other major roadways, as well as the neighboring St. Johns Town Center.
