A recent article from Bloomberg.com quipped about the real estate market rising from the “Florida housing swamp.” The recent return, however, of successful buyers to the Florida market is no joke. The community launched a grand reopening in January, unveiling prices reduced by nearly 60 percent from the original offering. During the grand opening, Water’s Edge received offers on one-third of its available units.
