Roy’s Restaurant Event Raises $27,500 for the Monique Burr Foundation for Children!

Hundreds of guests recently turned out for “A Night in the Village” at Roy’s Restaurant to raise money for the Monique Burr Foundation for Children! Hawaiian fusion cuisine by celebrity chef Roy Yamaguchi, tropical drinks and live fire dancing set the scene at the Jacksonville Beach event, which raised more than $27,500 for the foundation and its child abuse prevention education programs.

Riverwood by Del Webb at Nocatee Celebrates Expansion

The active adult community of Riverwood by Del Webb at Nocatee marked a major milestone this week with a ceremonial groundbreaking for the community’s new amenity complex, The Matanzas Club. Jay Thompson, the division president of North Florida operations for Del Webb, officiated the ceremony, which was attended by representative and dignitaries from local government, local business leaders and Nocatee developer The PARC Group.

Chamber Headed to Indianapolis for 2010 Leadership Trip

The home has been decorated by the area’s most talented decorators and designers including one of our favorites, Sisler Johnston Interior Design. The Jacksonville interior design firm’s work is featured in the Designer Showhouse dining room.
