April 6th, 2011 · Leave a Comment

“SEE IT. LOVE IT. BUY IT.” – That’s what the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) wants you to do when you visit the 2011 Parade of Homes, which begins this weekend. The annual event, which recognizes the best in new home construction in the Northeast Florida building community, will take place from Saturday, April 9, through Sunday, April 17.  Thursday night, April 14, all Parade of Homes models will be open until 8 p.m. for a special promotion in each community.

The 2011 Parade of Homes will include homes from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine. The event provides an opportunity for the local homebuilding industry to display the latest in new home construction and for residents of Northeast Florida to tour award-winning homes.

This year, the 2011 Parade of Homes is featuring 47 “Builder Ready” homes at special Parade of Homes prices. A list of these homes can be found this Saturday, April 9, in the Florida Times-Union Parade of Homes Magazine supplement and online at www.Jacksonville.com/paradeofhomes/moveinready.

In addition this year, Parade of Homes visitors will be eligible to enter to win several excellent prizes. By registering at any Parade of Homes model, visitors have the chance to win:

Jack Hanania Automotive Group will have new cars in front of all model homes on both weekends of the tour and Circle K Furniture will have furniture vignettes on display in several of the Builder Ready homes. The more homes you visit, the more chances to win!

Don’t miss out on your opportunity to visit the best models! For more information on the 2011 Parade of Homes, contact the NEFBA office at (904) 725-4355 or email Sarah Lane at [email protected].
